Do any discounts apply to tickets?
Discounts do not apply to special events due to the price already being discounted.
What time can I arrive?
Doors open at 5:45PM and the first train of the night starts at 6:00PM.
Are dogs/pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the Waycross location.
How often does the train ride leave?
The first train departs at 6:00pm leaves every 30 minutes. On large attendance nights we will have two trains running at 15 minutes apart.
Will there be food options in the park?
Yes there are food options available during operating hours of the Annual Light Show.
What is included in my ticket price?
One train ride and walking access to the park is included per every Light Show Ticket.
Will Santa be there this year?
Yes, Santa will be flying in from the North Pole to stop in for a visit with us. December 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd.
What days and time frame will Santa be there?
December 20, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
What happens if there’s inclement weather?
In the event of severe weather, a raincheck may be available if there are still planned event days after. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
Is this event wheelchair accessible?
Our train and boardwalks are wheelchair accessible.
How many people do I need for a group rate?
A minimum of 25 is needed to be a group.
